“When I started I was a Junior Developer straight from university. I had no experience with talking to clients, absolutely no clinical knowledge and my only dev experience was from university. Since then, I have gained experience in development work, testing implementation as well as support. I have absorbed enough clinical knowledge that I can understand most of our clients’ requests as well as explain things so our non-technical clients can understand. For the last few years I have helped onboard and mentor a good portion of the Support team. All of this experience has led me to being one of the team leads in Support.”

This program is a tool that can help Dieticians and Neonatologists be proactive when looking at infant nutrition and it makes me feel good to know that ultimately what I do, can help children go home with their parents after a stay in the NICU or PICU.”
