Director Customer Support and Sustainment
Prior to joining TMS, Michele Shauck spent 14 years as a Respiratory Therapist providing bedside care to all ages at 2 Cincinnati hospitals. She worked in all aspects of the care path of a patient from the emergency room trauma unit to the sickest babies in the NICU. She also spent 7 years as an EMR Analyst supporting their EMR Epic systems in multiple applications including Mother/Baby Stork, Clindoc (Inpatient Documentation), Dialysis/CrownWeb, System Administrator for Timeless Medical, and served as a Regulatory Liaison.
Michele now leads the Support and Sustainment Team at Timeless Medical Systems. She is committed to advance and challenge the Support and Sustainment Teams to meet the demands and needs of our customers through continued education, optimized tools/processes, while ensuring the customer service workflows are aligned with the customer's journey.
