Steve Ottana has worked for multiple technology companies serving both the learning industry as well as the nursing home industry in the New England area. Steve has always been passionate about explaining technology in such a way that even non-technical people understand.

As Training Manager Steve leads a talented team of Product Specialists, Product Trainers, and a Technical Writer. Our mandate is to help both our customers and our employees to understand our offerings such that they are able to utilize them optimally in their roles.
